This Backyard Dance
This photographic series shares a collection of works from my outside art installation. I made paper dresses to represent the peaceful days of my childhood. Each dress represented a member of my family. I hung the dresses on a portable clothesline and had a photo shoot in my backyard. This experience captured my best childhood memory. I loved watching my grandmother hang garments on the clothesline in our backyard. The wind always came by to invite the dresses to dance. This backyard dance remains the peace and happiness that is the foundation of my life.
